Baby Heirloom Tomatoes & Avocado Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 10 oz clamshell baby heirloom tomatoes
- Mozzarella Cheese (made into small balls)
- Balsamic Dressing
- Avocado
- Basil
- Pepper and Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the avocado in half and peel
- Cut the tomatoes in half
- Place some tomatoes halves and mozzarella on top of the avocado
- Drizzle with some balsamic dressing and add black pepper/salt to taste
- Garnish with basil
