Baby Heirloom Tomatoes & Avocado Salad

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 oz clamshell baby heirloom tomatoes
  • Mozzarella Cheese (made into small balls)
  • Balsamic Dressing
  • Avocado
  • Basil
  • Pepper and Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the avocado in half and peel
  2. Cut the tomatoes in half
  3. Place some tomatoes halves and mozzarella on top of the avocado
  4. Drizzle with some balsamic dressing and add black pepper/salt to taste
  5. Garnish with basil
