Bell Pepper Cheese Boats


  • 1 (4 pack) of the Veg-Fresh Farms Stoplight Bell Peppers
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Spinach
  • Veg-Fresh Farms Cherry Tomatoes


  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°
  2. Cut the bell peppers in half and hollow them out. Then place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese and spinach into each “boat”
  4. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and spinach is wilted
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste and top the boats with Veg-Fresh Farms Cherry Tomatoes
