Bell Pepper Cheese Boats
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (4 pack) of the Veg-Fresh Farms Stoplight Bell Peppers
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Spinach
- Veg-Fresh Farms Cherry Tomatoes
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 375°
- Cut the bell peppers in half and hollow them out. Then place them on a baking sheet.
- Add mozzarella cheese and spinach into each “boat”
- Bake at 375° for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and spinach is wilted
- Add salt and pepper to taste and top the boats with Veg-Fresh Farms Cherry Tomatoes
