• 3 Good Life Organic navel oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 3 Good Life Organic cara cara oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tangerines, peeled and sliced
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1/2 fennel bulb, save fennel fronds for garnish
  • 1/2 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp champagne vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Mint leaves


  1. Slice the peels off the citrus and place on a serving plate. Layer with thinly sliced fennel slivers. Add avocado slices and shallot slivers.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil into the champagne vinegar until emulsified. Add honey and whisk to mix. Season with sea salt and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with mint leaves and fennel fronds.
