Organic Zoodles with Shrimp for One

A really simple healthy dinner recipe featuring Good-Life Organic zucchini. Take our zucchini and make them into zoodles! Recipe is for a one person meal; just double it up to serve more! 


  • 1 to 2 Good-Life Organic Zucchinis - make them into zoodles
  • 5 to 7 shrimps
  • Lemon juice
  • Minced Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Add some olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Once heated, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes
  2. Mix in the shrimp and add some salt/pepper to taste
  3. Add in the zucchini noodles (zoodles) into the pan along with a little lemon juice and some more olive oil if you wish
  4. Toss it all together over the medium heat
  5. Finish off with parmesan cheese right before serving
  6. Enjoy!
