Organic Zoodles with Shrimp for One
A really simple healthy dinner recipe featuring Good-Life Organic zucchini. Take our zucchini and make them into zoodles! Recipe is for a one person meal; just double it up to serve more!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 to 2 Good-Life Organic Zucchinis - make them into zoodles
- 5 to 7 shrimps
- Lemon juice
- Minced Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Add some olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Once heated, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes
- Mix in the shrimp and add some salt/pepper to taste
- Add in the zucchini noodles (zoodles) into the pan along with a little lemon juice and some more olive oil if you wish
- Toss it all together over the medium heat
- Finish off with parmesan cheese right before serving
- Enjoy!
