Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Lemon & Parmesan

Parmesan Cheese

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to Taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Slice brussels sprouts in half & place into large mixing bowl with salt & pepper.
- Drizzle with some olive oil and lemon juice – then toss.
- Spread evenly on lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 25 minutes – tossing once halfway through, until golden brown on edges.
- Serve warm with lemon juice and top with fresh parmesan cheese!
