Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Lemon & Parmesan

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Veg-Fresh Brussels Sprouts
  • Lemon
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Slice brussels sprouts in half & place into large mixing bowl with salt & pepper.
  3. Drizzle with some olive oil and lemon juice – then toss.
  4. Spread evenly on lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes – tossing once halfway through, until golden brown on edges.
  6. Serve warm with lemon juice and top with fresh parmesan cheese!
